Scottsdale Capital Advisors offers both full service and discount service to its clients. Special rates may apply to clients who trade over the internet. Also rates may vary depending on the level of service being provided. Cents per share arrangements are available. The schedules listed on this page are broker assisted (market and limit only, special handling or order types subject full service schedule) and, or client entered online orders only. Stock trade orders through any automated channel subject to reduced fees. $150 per trade minimum for broker assisted trades plus other minimums plus any Miscellaneous, Large Block Fees etc. Any help beyond placing an order or getting a quote is subject to full service commissions.  (See full service schedule) Rates may be higher if a higher level of service is requested.

• Minimum Charge. The greater of the overriding minimum per trade of $150, $0.09 per share plus large Block and Misc. fees.

• Options Minimum The greater of $150 plus $6 per contract, or $150 unless otherwise pre-negotiated. Index Options are subject to $300 minimum unless otherwise negotiated.

• Maximum Charge The greater of 5%, $54.95 plus 4%,  or the stated minimum for stocks plus large Block and Misc. fees. Options are the greater of the stated minimum or 5%.

• Stocks Less Than $5 per Share. The greater of $150, 5%, or $54.95 plus 4% of principal amount or the stated minimum above. For purchases, cleared funds in the account are required. When selling, stock certificates must by in accounts and registered under DTC. Orders subject to minimums and plus large Block and Misc. fees.

• Large Block Transactions. Contact your local Representative on orders of 10,000 shares or more, or on orders over $500,000. These orders may be eligible for special handling and/or pricing. Block orders (10,000 shares or more) subject to block fees of .0005 per share in addition to all commissions and misc. fees. Shares less than .15 cents per share subject to an additional .00001 per share for execution.

• Miscellaneous Fees. $995 for each security registered and shipped to individuals. Securities are held in street name at no cost. $100 for Voluntary and Post-Effective Reorganizations. $65 to $10 per trade in misc. fees may apply. Postage fees are $4 additional per order unless client uses online confirms. Statements are $4 per occurrence unless client uses online statements. LOA transfers $245.00 per side subject to 3% of total value. Security and, or Certificate Processing fees $300.00 per certificate plus any pass through fees. DWAC or DTC delivery into account fees $200 per occurrence plus pass-through fees.  Additional fees of $195.00 to $295.00 for restricted certificates. If cert is in DTC additional fees apply. Certificate issue out and ship requests can cost can start $1000 and up if coming from DTC plus any pass through from security deposits in and or out. PENS fee for certificates $200 per cert. Blue sheets $150.00 per symbol per account. Expedited requests are $1000.00  per certificate plus any pass through fees. Any pass through fees are additional. A fee of $125.00 for deposits of securities and, or then sales of securities and then withdrawals of cash within 30 days of such sale. Additional clearing firm processing fees may apply. Concentrated positions fees on margin subject to an additional 2% of margin balance fee. Special instructions and or handling regarding your account may be billed at hour fees between $295.00 and $395 per hour plus any hard cost associated with such instruction or handling. DTC out fees greater of $695, 5% or .001 per share plus any pass-through fees. $20.00 account closure fee if accounts are closed.
