	Managing Principal in Arizona for Merit Capital.
	Investment Evaluator at Prudential Securities
	Trading: Processed and help trade over 3000 tickets per month,. through Select NET, Soes, Knight, or on firm’s trading desk.
	Market Making: Worked with brokers at Merit in assisting the market making activities for brokers buying positions in recommended stocks in which Merit made a Market.
	Investment Banking exposure through clients and other reps who were involved in those activities. Merger and acquisitions and secondary fund raises. Also assisted associates with PPM’s and Corporate Underwritings.
	Worked on two issues that Merit Capital was involved in and reviewed PPM’s of reps in the office. Helped and supervised several secondary and primary offerings and Private Placements.
	Municipal Securities: Municipal bonds made up about 5% of gross at Merit Capital. Most bonds were purchase either through Firm inventory or shopped across town. Justine would be responsible for accepting orders electronically and supervising those issues.
	Options: Supervised heavy options activity at the branch level. Several of our clients traded heavily in options. NDX and SPX calls as well as options in listed NASDAQ and NY stocks.
	Financial / Operational: Handled all the financial activity in office as well as assisted in handling all account reporting and commissions for office.
